Clawing at our cages cage?
We rattle the locks

We claw at the cage

Rattling our locks

Railing against control
Lashing out We cry out in rage
That which The City

Our lives in this place

I can't work with rhymes at all

It was a little odd having people know so much about me, but... that wasn't such a bad curse. Aside from how crowded it was, of course.

And... I hope some of you got a chance to see people you wanted to, even if it was just a day.

It is rather that way, yes. But I think it's fun, too, to see all the people and talk to them all.

And Daddy came! He didn't remember anything from the other times he visited, but he was really here and everyone could see him, instead of just me!

I enjoyed talking to some of them. The ones who seemed to know a lot about me were still nice. I think there was actually only one person who bothered me at all.

Pretty much. They had the same relationships with people and knew people we did. It's kind of creepy now that I think about it.

I thought it was fun, having so many people around! Did you know somebody writes books about me? I still can't imagine why, but evidently there's a whole series of them!

I didn't really mind it, though... I probably could have done without the crowds.

Really? That's incredible! Maybe you should see if the Library has them... if you can get it to give them to you.

I'm tempted to, just to see what someone would find interesting enough to make a whole series out of.


But...I'm not sure I really want to know what the future has in store for me. Assuming that the books are even true. Anticipating is half the pleasure of life...but there has to be a little surprise, don't you think? Or would you prefer to know what was going to happen to you?
